Terms of sale for shel.com.ua.
This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") is an official offer from FOP Lipinskyi Yurii Vladyslavovych (the "Seller") to any individual (the "Buyer") to enter into a purchase agreement for goods on the website shel.com.ua (the "Store"). By placing an order in the Store, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer under Ukrainian law, and by making a purchase in the Store the Buyer agrees to its terms.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
2.1. The range of products, prices, and descriptions are available on the Store's website.
2.2. The Seller provides the most accurate product descriptions possible; the actual item may vary slightly in shade due to screen display.
2.3. All prices on the website are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
3.1. The Buyer places an order through the Store's website, filling in the required order details.
3.2. An order is considered accepted by the Seller once a confirmation is sent to the Buyer by email.
3.3. If an ordered item is unavailable, the Seller notifies the Buyer and offers an alternative item or a refund.
4.1. Payment is made online by Visa/Mastercard via Monobank Acquiring.
4.2. Depending on the option chosen, the Buyer pays the full order amount online, or a partial prepayment of 400 UAH to confirm the order, with the remainder paid on delivery.

5.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine and internationally via Nova Poshta / Nova Post.
5.2. Delivery times and costs depend on the Buyer's location and are listed on the Payment & Shipping page.
5.3. The risk of loss or damage to the item transfers to the Buyer upon receipt.
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return an item under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and tags are attached.
6.2. To start a return, the Buyer should contact the Seller via the contact page.
7.1. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of an item.
7.2. If a defect is found, the Buyer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data under Ukrainian data protection law and the site's Privacy Policy.
9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation between the Seller and the Buyer, and failing that, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
10.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment the Buyer places an order in the Store.
